Making It Personal

As a marketer, I've always advised clients that the best emails are the ones that are genuine, personal, and written in first-person. At many big firms where I have worked, I would be overruled that an email wasn't "corporate" enough, which was another way of saying boring. But, now that I am CEO, I can write to you like a human being.
