Daniel Barel
CEO & Co-Founder
Daniel Barel has been the Chief Executive Officer of REE since 2013. Mr. Barel is a serial entrepreneur who founded several startups in the fields of medical devices, cyber security, and software applications. He co-founded SpecterX, an Israeli data management company in 2017 and has served as the chairman since 2019. Between 2007 and 2013, Mr. Barel served as Chief Executive Officer of CAUTES International, a boutique business consulting firm in Hong Kong that he founded in 2007. He previously served as chairman of WOOOF, a social networking platform he founded in 2012. Mr. Barel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University.
David Goldberg
Chief Financial Officer
David Goldberg joined REE in 2022. Prior to REE, Mr. Goldberg held executive roles at Magna International, one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers, where he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and VP Finance & Corporate Development. Mr. Goldberg brings 20 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and management consulting with progressively senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Bain & Company, Greenhill & Co. and Magna. As REE’s CFO, Mr. Goldberg will lead all aspects of the company’s financial functions, strategic industry partnerships and investor relations. Mr. Goldberg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
Limor Gruber
VP, IR
Limor Gruber joined REE in 2021. Prior to REE, Ms. Gruber brings more than 15 years of experience in investor relations and capital markets. Prior to REE, Ms. Gruber served as Head of Investor Relations at Delek Group and prior to that she served as Head of Investor Relations ICL Group. Before joining ICL Group Ms. Gruber led the Sell Side research of Psagot Investments House, one of the leading investment firms in Israel. Ms. Gruber holds a Bachelor of Economic & Finance from the Academic College of Tel-AVIV-Jaffa and a Master in Business Administrative from the University of Tel Aviv.
