Investment Highlights

Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE: RFR) is a Canadian mineral exploration company advancing two wholly owned deposits near Malartic, in Québec’s Abitibi region and one of Canada’s top-ranked mining jurisdictions. The Victoria polymetallic deposit is a near-surface nickel sulphide system that also hosts cobalt, copper, zinc, silver, gold, and confirmed platinum and palladium. The Parbec gold deposit sits on the Cadillac Break, contiguous to Agnico Eagle’s Canadian Malartic Mine. Both deposits lie at surface within open pit shells, supported by road and rail access and hydro-electric power in an established mining district. Renforth’s strategy is to monetize Parbec to fund a Preliminary Economic Assessment on Victoria, giving investors exposure to gold and to the critical minerals tied to the energy transition through a single, capital-efficient company.

Exposure to Gold and Critical Minerals

Renforth offers exposure to two metal themes in demand at the same time. Parbec is a gold asset at a time of strong gold prices, and Victoria carries nickel, cobalt, platinum, and palladium, metals designated as critical by Canada and the United States for the energy transition and strategic supply.

Victoria Polymetallic Deposit

Victoria is a near-surface nickel sulphide system on the Malartic Metals Package, carrying cobalt, copper, zinc, silver, and gold alongside nickel. It holds an initial NI 43-101 inferred mineral resource, and follow-up assaying of existing drill core in 2026 confirmed the deposit-wide presence of platinum and palladium. Mineralization is defined over 2.5 kilometres within a roughly 20-kilometre structure that remains open along strike and at depth.

Parbec Open-Pit Gold Deposit

The Parbec gold deposit lies on the Cadillac Break, one of Canada’s most productive gold structures, contiguous to Agnico Eagle’s Canadian Malartic Mine. Its April 2025 NI 43-101 estimate includes 265,800 ounces of gold in the open-pit Measured and Indicated categories, with additional Inferred ounces, and the deposit remains open at depth. Current work is testing gold-bearing structures extending into the adjacent Pontiac sediments.

Top-Ranked Québec Jurisdiction

Both deposits sit near Malartic in Québec’s Abitibi, a region that regularly ranks among the top mining jurisdictions in the Fraser Institute survey. The properties benefit from road and rail access, hydro-electric power lines crossing the ground, an established local mining services market, and clear provincial mining and environmental regulation.

Self-Funding Path to a Victoria PEA

Renforth intends to monetize its Parbec gold deposit and direct the proceeds toward a Preliminary Economic Assessment on the Victoria polymetallic deposit. The approach is designed to advance the Company’s critical-minerals asset using the value of an established gold deposit, a capital-efficient pathway for an exploration-stage company.

Near-Surface Development Profile

Both Renforth deposits sit at surface within open pit shells, and Victoria carries a strip ratio of less than one to one with shallow overburden. The Company has completed a proof-of-concept for TOMRA ore sorting at Victoria, which improves grade and reduces waste, and initial metallurgical testwork supports conventional grind-and-float processing with acceptable recoveries.
