Pangaea Logistics Solutions is a global provider of comprehensive maritime logistics and transportation solutions. The Company addresses the logistics needs of its clients by undertaking a comprehensive set of services and activities. Pangaea not only owns and operates a large fleet of bulk carriers, including high ice class vessels but also designs, produces and operates port and inland projects.

Pangaea’s recent financial results reflect growth due in part to the Company’s strategic focus on leveraging its integrated shipping and logistics model, maximizing its fleet utilization, and upgrading its fleet. Blue Star Foods (NASDAQ: BSFC), an integrated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainable seafood company with a focus on Recirculatory Aquaculture Systems (RAS). BSFC up listed to Nasdaq in November 2021 without a reverse stock split and NO warrants. BSFC is an undiscovered company addressing major supply and safety/environmental issues in seafood and has a great opportunity as it implements soft shell crab and salmon projects, ramps capacity of its indoor fish farming and accelerates revenue growth.

Historically, BSFC has been an importer and distributor of seafood to U.S. retailers including Costco, Avendra (recently renewed) and Sysco (recently renewed), having generated annual revenues of $20-30 million. The global Covid-19 pandemic greatly affected that business, but it’s now coming back.

More recently, BSFC has expanded into Land-Based Recirculatory Aquaculture System (RAS), which addresses two major global factors/concerns.

1 – ocean pollution and microplastic contaminate ocean seafood
2 – seafood demand greatly outweighs supply leading to overfishing which is being regulated by most governments
This “indoor fish farming” is the future as its meets the supply/demand issue and address the safety and environmental concerns.
