We have a vision to build a healthier and happier world by unlocking nature’s genetic diversity with the leading technology platform, CropOS®. Starting with consumer/customer demand, we leverage CropOS and advanced breeding techniques to design food that’s better from the beginning: more nutritious, better tasting, and more accessible, while enabling novel production efficiency and sustainability benefits to food and feed customers. Consumers are demanding food choices with more recognizable ingredients that benefit their health and the health of our planet. By combining our seed technology with a holistic approach to the value chain, we work to accelerate the development and delivery of food, feed and ingredients that meet evolving consumer preferences. Our near-term focus is on soybean and yellow pea. Our Ultra-High Protein soybean varieties can reduce the need for energy and water-intensive processing steps used in the production of soy-based ingredients and offer more protein per acre. Other soybean varieties feature low antinutrients, enabling more sustainable aquaculture farming and animal feed, while others enable the production of healthier cooking oils, including our own Veri™ Cooking Oil, by using soybeans with high oleic content. Further soybean, as well as yellow pea, advancements are underway in our R&D pipeline.
