Tony has previously worked at DFIN, Merrill Corporate, Daniels Printing, Capital Systems and Bowne before becoming a Managing Partner and Co-Owner of The Nuvo Group. He oversees the company’s daily operations and growth, ensuring top-quality financial printing, SEC filings, and digital publishing services as well as working closely with the Sales Team. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manhattan University, Tony combines strategic leadership with deep industry expertise and experience to drive the company’s continued success.

Scott Lam is Nuvo Group’s Head of Sales and Partnerships. Scott’s tenured Sales Leadership brings more than 20 years’ experience in developing key executive level relationships including a deep knowledge of Capital Markets and Proxy solutions.  Scott has worked for Microsoft, Broadridge, Alliance Advisors and Morrow & Co giving him a myriad of valuable experience that benefits his network and clients.

Known for his strategic approach and ability to lead and inspire others, Scott continues to successfully navigate the challenges of the industry, fostering growth and operational excellence. Arti Gandhi serves as the Director of iXBRL Operations and leads Business Development at The Nuvo Group. She possesses a robust background in formulating and executing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and broaden her client base. Before her tenure at The Nuvo Group, which began in 2021, she dedicated fifteen years to capital markets and corporate compliance positions at S2 Filings and PR Newswire/Vintage Filings. Arti has a proven history of assembling, guiding, and motivating high-performing project teams to create and implement efficient processes and solutions that surpass client expectations.

Vice President - Sales

Dmitriy Groysman is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in financial services, compliance, and corporate governance. He has held leadership roles at major firms, including serving as Vice President at The Nuvo Group. Dmitriy specializes in financial filings, SEC regulations, corporate communications, and capital markets, bringing significant expertise to areas such as SEC EDGAR filings, iXBRL, and shareholder communications. His skill set covers strategic management, process optimization, and delivering tailored solutions for clients in the capital markets and regulatory sectors.

Joseph Contorno
Vice President - Sales

Joe brings over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, NASDAQ compliance, short selling, and shareholder meetings to The Nuvo Group. He has held senior management roles at Georgeson, Altman Group, Eagle Rock, and Laurel Hill, working closely with attorneys to prepare for shareholder meetings. His responsibilities included coordinating with Broadridge and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials to retail and institutional shareholders, as well as reviewing proposals with attorneys and issuers. Throughout his career, Joe has solicited for over 1,000 shareholder meetings and built long-term relationships with attorneys and clients, particularly in areas such as SEC filings and financial printing.
