We acquired a lot of strategic companies in 2021 such as wireless charging provider WAVE and specialty vehicle and fuel cell manufacturer US Hybrid and still have strong balance sheet which primes us for growth in 2022.

Alf Poor
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With over 25 years of experience in startups and turnarounds, Alf holds a track record of success at both rapidly growing technology companies and large, multinational organizations. He is committed to equality and sustainability and is spearheading Ideanomics’ push into the Electric Vehicle (EV) space, where the company has built a global footprint of operating companies both organically and through acquisition.
Robin Mackie
President, Ideanomics Mobility
Mackie has over 30 years of experience in global design, engineering, and operations in various highly regulated industries such as construction, offshore and automotive. Robin Mackie served as a consultant to Ideanomics for six months before the company appointed him President of its Mobility division.
Conor McCarthy
Chief Financial Officer
Conor has over 18 years of previous service as CFO. Most recently, McCarthy was the CFO of another leading FinTech business, OS33, a private equity SaaS platform in the wealth management sector. Conor McCarthy has served as Ideanomics’ Chief Financial Officer since late 2019.
