Summary
Join us on our mission to accelerate the adoption of clean, renewable energy.
Since 1972, we’ve been trusted to accelerate the electrical contractor institutions' adoption of pioneering world-changing electrical technologies. Today, we’re deploying those capabilities to combat the climate crisis and help strengthen the United States' electrical infrastructure. Our mission: accelerate the adoption of solar energy at every scale, for every application. Being the only Solar EPC with both capabilities at every scale, and a 50-year track-record, iSun is perfectly positioned to steward the nation’s transition from dirty to clean energy and drive high incremental returns.
ESG Update
As the global climate crisis continues to intensify and decarbonization and electric vehicle adoption continues to drive electricity demand, iSun has made its mission to accelerate the world’s transition from dirty to clean energy. Management Overview
Jeffrey Peck
Chief Executive Officer
Having grown up in his families electrical contracting business, Jeff Peck developed a unique appreciation for its mission to help local enterprises of all sizes more easily adopt innovative electrical technologies. He purchased the business in the late 90’s with ambitions of scaling the business and broadening its impact, and immediately began exploring avenues for such growth. At the suggestion of long-time employee Fred ‘Kip’ Myrick, Jeff began evaluating the development of solar arrays as one such potential vehicle. The duo quickly learned that Peck Electric’s experience delivering exceptionally complex projects such as IBM’s clean-rooms, and Vermont’s largest health-care facility perfectly complimented the solar industry’s biggest shortcoming – a need for contractors capable of delivering high-quality work on-time, and on-budget. Sensing Solar as the opportunity to broaden Peck Electric’s impact, Jeff positioned Peck Electric to respond to the needs of the channel. Shortly thereafter, Peck Electric had become one of the United States largest provisors of Solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services…while servicing only the Vermont marketplace. Jeff recognized solar as the most important investment Peck Electric could make, and committed the organization to helping the World transition from dirty to clean energy. Peck Electric would become the first organization capable of helping accelerate the adoption of clean, renewable solar energy across each sector of the marketplace. Jeff enlisted the help of Michael D’Amato, iSun’s Chief Strategy Officer, to help capitalize their endeavors, and through a successful SPAC and de-SPAC process, brought the company public on the NASDAQ exchange. Through a later acquisition of a leading solar carport manufacturer capable of helping the company enter the electric vehicle charging space, Jeff re-branded the organization as iSun (NASDAQ: ISUN). Jeff resides in Williston, VT with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys playing Men’s league hockey.
John Sullivan
Chief Financial Officer
John maintains considerable experience structuring the finances of a diverse array of companies. Formerly the Chief Financial Officer for a small business in a highly-regulated vertical, John implemented both a full-system ERP and robust internal controls to transition the company from a small, family-run enterprise into a data-driven, metric-oriented organization. During his tenure, the company experienced 5x revenue growth while preserving its corporate culture. As Nokian Tyre’s VP of Finance, John’s management of a large corporate banking relationship at the parent-level enabled the organization to both restructure it’s capital requirements, and support significant subsidiary growth across multiple countries and regions.
John lives in Burlington, Vermont with his family, is an avid runner, and plays baseball with former Red Sox great Bill “Spaceman” Lee.
Michael d'Amato
Chief Strategy Officer
Michael is the Chief Strategy Officer of iSun (NASDAQ: ISUN), the only Solar Contractor capable of servicing each segment of the marketplace for solar adoption. In his role, Michael is responsible for evaluating strategic opportunities equally capable of both delivering value and furthering iSun’s mission to help the world transition from dirty to clean energy. Michael’s passion for helping engineer universally beneficial, market-based solutions for existential problems stems from his experience in the biotech industry, where he specialized in taking early-stage university technologies and products to market. Recognizing similar opportunities in the renewables sector, Michael partnered with iSun (then Peck Electric) in July of 2019 to lead the organization through its SPAC transition; He has played an invaluable (integral) role facilitating each of iSun’s partnerships and transactions since. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, hiking in the Adirondacks, and is an accomplished unicycle rider.
