Since the maiden resource, G2 has reported an expansion to the strike of Shears 3, 4 and 5 having completed an additional 36 additional diamond drill holes for 13,279 metres in the Oko Main Area. G2’s OMZ drilling program has provided further confidence in the continuity of gold mineralization outlined in the resource estimate.

The Ghanie Zone is the second and most recent discovery made by G2 and lies between the Company’s OKO Main Zone (OMZ) and Reunion Gold’s Block 4 discovery. Diamond drilling has continued to intersect significant disseminated gold mineralization [including 50m @ 1.7 g/t Au, 26.6m @ 5.1 g/t Au & 32.1m @ 2.2 g/t Au], with the zone encountered over a strike length of 800 metres to date. Trenching has exposed extensive auriferous stockwork zones. The Ghanie Zone remains open to depth and along strike.

The latest discoveries indicate the potential to add additional near surface resources. G2 has initiated an aggressive drill program to further explore and delineate the Ghanie Zone, whilst actively developing additional drill targets within the district. Highly prospective target areas continue to be identified and mapped across the Company’s extensive land package.
